We see a lot of rare cars in Southern California and although we see tons of Ferraris, I can only think of a few times where I’ve actually seen an F40, F50, or Enzo on the streets. Occasionally one will show up at an event but after it leaves it goes back into a garage where it will sit for months if not years.
When I stopped by the Pelican Hill Resort in Newport Coast early Saturday morning I couldn’t believe my eyes, there was a
Ferrari F40, F50, and Enzo all sitting in front! To say I was excited would be an understatement. I immediately parked my car, grabbed my camera, and headed over to the front of the resort. Since it was so early in the morning the place was pretty much empty and the only people there were the valet who were snapping pics with their cell phones. They see supercars every day but even they were amazed to see these three together.
After a few minutes of just gawking at cars I eventually started snapping away with my camera. I made sure to take a bunch of photos because this is probably something I’ll never see again. It’s pretty surreal to see an Ferrari F40, F50, and Enzo together in a public place without a million people around. Seeing these cars at a show is still amazing but something about seeing them in the wild is a whole nother experience!
